Il se compose comme suit:

 

Entrée avec cuisine ouverte, équipée avec 4 plaques de cuisson, frigidaire, lave-vaisselle, table pour quatre personnes.

Un salon donnant sur un balcon surplombant la ville de Paris. Vue sur la tour Eiffel. Le salon est équipé d'un coin bureau, d'une cheminée, de la TV, WIFI et d'un grand canapé pouvant se convertir en deux lits simples.

Une chambre séparée donnant sur le balcon également. Equipée d'un lit double 160 et d'un dressing.

Une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne, une grande fênetre, des rangements.

Des toilettes séparées, avec lave-linge séchant et une grande fênetre également.

Le balcon est équipé pour pouvoir y manger.

 

Pour 4 personnes (+ éventuellement un bébé).

 

Lit et chaise bébé à votre disposition.

 

Linge de lit, serviettes de bain, aliments et produits de première nécessité inclus.

 

Proche de toutes commodités: métro, bus, commerces, théâtres, cinémas.

This apartment is for you! The apartment is located on the 5th floor (warning: without elevator!!!) of a typical Montmartre old building oriented south with a incredible view.

 

We have conserved its old aspects like the fire place, the wooden structures and floor, adding to it all new possible material to make an exclusive place out of it.

 

It is composed of:

 

One entrance leading to the fully equiped kitchen (fridge, dish washer, ...), wooden table for four.

Living room with two windows leading to the balcony overlooking the city of Paris. It is equiped with a desk, TV, WIFI, DVD and a big sofa that can be converted into two twin beds.

One separated room with one window aswell leading to the balcony and equiped with one queen size bed and a dressing room.

One nice bathroom with large window, a shower and all other equipment needed.

One separated toilet, with a large window as well and a clothes washing and drying machine.

 

The balcony is equiped with chairs and a small table for your lunches and dinners in the sun.

 

For four people (+ one baby)

 

Baby cot and high chair available in the apartment.

 

Sheets, towels and other details are included.

The flat is perfectly located for your tours in Paris. Easy to join from CDG Airport, North (Uk, Benelux) and East Railway station. Metro and buses 4 minutes walking, 200 meters from taxi station.
